Description of process
This part of the process includes setting of the grants objectives to meet the overall project objectives, preparing the grants evaluation criteria for each stage of the application process as well as preparing the proposals grants announcement. A sample of the grants announcement is included in this manual as (see Annex I).
The grants guidelines are also prepared according to the proposal and donor’s needs. An example of national grants guidelines is included in this manual as (see Annex II).
