SECTOR: Project Support (SECTOR Grants)

Description of process

This task is only applicable for the projects initiated by the head office.

The final report is prepared by the HOGM based on the country office report contributions. This report also includes two parts:

Narrative part:
This part includes the overall description of the national grants process and the: (comments from country offices)

country narrative reports (from each country office)
local advisory board minutes (from each country office)
overall list of awarded grants including short English summaries of approved applications.

Financial part:

This part of the report is prepared by the Finance Department under the supervision of the HOGM. The HOGM is responsible for the final version of the financial report and RECtivity management of the overall project.
