Description of process
This task is optional according to the donor requirement and budget arrangements. The fact sheet is prepared based on the project report for the best projects. High quality pictures should be used to illustrate the NGO activities within the grant.
Project fact sheets must follow the REC style and meet REC quality standards, therefore the REC’s Publishing Department should be consulted before printing them. Project fact sheets are distributed to the project’s key players by the COGM/COFA, with further copies used for fundraising purposes.
