Ivona
holds an MSc. in Environmental Sciences and Policy, and has been
working in research centers and international NGOs for eight years.
Prior to joining CEU, she lead a working group
on Southeast Europe within the CEE Bankwatch Network, an NGO with
member organizations in Central and Eastern Europe. She has edited
major network publications, newsletters and policy briefs.
After completing her studies in political sciences
at the University of Zagreb, she worked as a journalist in Croatia.

Natasa
Djereg is from Subotica and has a BSc in watershed management economics
and now studies for a Diploma in International Environmental Law
with UNITAR.
She is a programme coordinator for CEKOR and project
assistant with CEE Bankwatch Network, as well as a GMO campaigner
and e-list moderator.
As a manager she is highly versatile, and experienced
in investigative research and data.

A
native of Rijeka, Croatia, Mirna spent over a decade working in
the US for international organizations (UNDP, Rockefeller Brothers
Fund, World Learning).
Has a Masters degree in International Affairs.
Spent five years at the Urban Institute in Croatia
as local government expert, providing city/municipality assistance
in citizen participation, effective communication and management.
Since 2007, is co-founder of a regional sustainable
development company, offering business consulting, proposal development,
strategic planning, and project management services.
Mirna is also an author of a number of articles,
training manuals and publications, and an experienced trainer.

Anastas
holds an MA in European Economic Studies from the Economic Faculty
University St Cyrill Methodius in Skopje.
He currently works as project assistant of the
UNDP project- Restoration of Golema Reka, in the UNDP Project Implementation
Unit in Resen, near the Lake of Prespa. He’s also part time
trainer at the Human Resources Development Fund, a public private
partnership between the Government of Macedonia and EAR.
His key interests include the EU economic and
legal framework and contemporary relations between government, business
and citizens.
He is a member of several local environmental NGOs
and participates in green actions.

Milada
has served as Program Manager at FONDAS, the Foundation for Democratic
Alternatives in Society since Jan. 2005 and among other things,
plans, designs, organises and manages all training programs, seminars
and other professional development initiatives, as well as preparing
corresponding resource materials.
She has a BA in Economics and is currently pursuing
an MA in Organisational Management both at the University of Montenegro.
Prior to FONDAS, she worked in London, Johannesburg
and Dubrovnik in various capacities (tourism, marketing, human resource
and project management besides training)
In her free time enjoys travelling, cultural activities
and exercise!

Shqipe
bas been working in the field of Civil Society since 2000 providing
training, consultancy and other technical support to different local
NGOs in the field of advocacy, election monitoring and policy making.
Shqipe has run her own advocacy and awareness raising
campaigns dedicated to fostering citizens’ participation in
decision making process. She has also served as experts for different
projects, providing consultancy to small and medium sized enterprises
in Kosovo
Shqipe holds an MA in European Studies from Graz
University, and BAs in Political Science and English Literature
form the University of Prishtina. She has also completed several
specialist courses in political participation in Washington DC and
the Council of Europe in Strasburg.
Shqipe has recently founded the Centre for Policy
and Advocacy, where she serves as the Executive Director.
