  • What is Effective Communication and Public Outreach?
  • How to communicate with constituent stakeholders via public meetings, debates and surveys, as a means to ground your CSO’s cause and understand emerging issues.
  • How to convert identified needs into a mission statement and develop a corresponding communications strategy.
  • How to communicate your key messages to the right audiences in a fluent and clear fashion, in order to better the social situation, build community relations and rally citizens to your cause.
  • Are there any legal requirements upon CSOs to report toward the public in your country/territory and if so, how to abide by them?
