Selected data from the survey

The CSO survey was done in two stages. An electronic questionnaire was distributed in local languages in all seven involved countries/territories. CSOs were invited to take part in the survey by fulfilling and submitting a questionnaire, which was on-line for downloads in different language versions. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with CSO leaders, legal experts, donors, government representatives and other stakeholders in the second stage.

REC received together 433 questionnaires from West Balkan CSOs.
