On October 22, 2004 in Tbilisi, Georgia, the RECs Network presented their Partnership for EECCA to delegates of the Kiev+1 Conference of Environment Ministers from countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia and their Partners.
This document included details on their Joint Work Programme (zip file, 150 Kb) and a general introduction to the RECs Network (ppt file, 6MB).
