The CRESSIDA project
The CRESSIDA project provides a theoretical framework for the integration of sustainable development into policy making and water management at the local level in order to enable better transboundary watershed management. This leaflet introduces the two river basins that are the focus of the project, outlines the project's capacity-building and pilot actions, and introduces the scientific tools available to local communities in the Drin and Drina basins that can contribute to increased knowledge, improved cooperation and greater resilience to the impacts of climate change.
The CRESSIDA project is implemented by the REC with the support of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
