A Central and Eastern European perspective
This report examines activities implemented by six economies in transition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to reduce or limit their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The report tests a set of criteria for assessing “good practices,” within the range of domestic policies, measures and projects to reduce GHG emissions in these six countries. It shares findings from the application of these criteria to a set of very diverse activities in the selected CEE countries.
