Transport presents case studies of public transport needs, development

Tallinn.

Interactive
Farm in Western Stara Planina |
 |
On September 23, 2004,
Interactive Farm opened in the village of Lukavica near Dimitrovgrad
in Eastern Serbia. Interactive Farm will promote the values
of Balkan agro-genetic resources and rural heritage, and support
the sustainable development of marginalised rural areas in Serbia
and Montenegro.

NGOs for a Cleaner Danube |
 |
United Nations Development Programme
– Global Environment Facility (UNDP-GEF) support will go to
65 selected projects, involving over 70 non-governmental organisations,
to the tune of almost USD 700,000. This granting programme —
launched for NGOs working throughout the Danube watershed —
aims to reduce pollution in the river from nutrient and toxic substances.
