On 28th and 29th May, 2018, Mostar hosted the first in a series of trainings of the ELAN project, which brought together numerous representatives of civil society organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The aim of this training was to strengthen the capacity of environmental civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina to make their missions more effective in the field of environmental protection. Various topics relevant to the well-functioning and development of organizations such as: administrative and financial management of organizations, human resources management, communications and public relations, strategies and ways of fundraising were dealt with during the training. These topics have been identified by the CSOs (through the Registry process) as the key that should be dealt with through this training. The training was attended by representatives of 30 environmental CSOs from all over BiH.
