The second stakeholders' meeting for the WATER SUM project was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries (MAHRF), the National Institute of Meteorology (INM), the General Department of Water Resources (DGRE), representatives of the REC and other stakeholders.

The main objectives of the meeting were to review, discuss and plan future steps in the following areas:

• data collection status and methodology (hydrometeorological data, dam data and studies);
• the data validation process and methodology;
• hydrological and hydraulic models; and
• strategies for the successful completion of tasks in the coming months based on cooperation and coordination between relevant institutions.
