The forum represents the ninth year of a collaboration between the FSR Energy Law and Policy Area and the German Regulatory Office, and is designed to provide a platform for debate and exchange on the most prevalent regulatory issues currently facing the energy sector, with a sharp focus on the issues facing national regulatory authorities.

This year, the programme is divided into three sessions focusing on new market rules and the new governance rules proposed by the Commission’s Clean Energy Package, as well as the forthcoming challenges to the security of gas supply in terms of infrastructure and gas quality.
