This capacity-building programme will provide knowledge and support to civil society organisations (CSOs) (specifically lead organisations in the CSOnnect granting component), and will help them to develop capacities for advocacy and watchdogging activities. The programme will focus on the EU integration process, and will also help to prepare environmental CSOs to assist in the negotiating process between the Government of Serbia and the European Union. The programme is also in line with the Serbian National Strategy for Civil Society Development.
