  • A national workshop for Senior Public Service Officials on Principle 10 and,

The aim of these two (2) events is to build awareness of the importance of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration to national development and good governance practices.

Some of the notable regional and international agencies such as United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP); Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC); and Regional Environmental Centre for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), will all be supporting the hosting of this congress by providing resource personnel to facilitate the various developmental workshops.
