Case Study Overview

Case studies have been received from across the UNECE region, as well as beyond. These tend to relate experiences with electronic tools. Nevertheless, many reference non-electronic alternatives.

Concerning the article distribution, Article 5 is best represented and has been implemented through twenty-six case studies received from across the world. Central and Eastern Europe has contributed eight. Six case studies for Article 4 have been received from EU countries, Israel and Australia. Articles 7 and 8 have been implemented electronically by two CEE countries and Israel, while electronic tools relating to Article 7 and Article 9 by Israel, and Australia (a country not even part of the UNECE region!). Article 6 has been implemented electronically by Ireland and, yes Australia.
