Description of process
Progress report
A progress report may be required at the mid-term of the project, before a second instalment is authorised (see Annex XXII and XXIV). This report describes how the project has been implemented so far. It summarises activities that have been carried out, problems that have been encountered, how the money has been spent, and any changes in implementation from the approved proposal. NGOs submit the progress/mid-term report according to the time schedule specified in the award agreement. Normally, NGOs are required to report on the first half of the project following the reporting instructions given at the winners meeting together with the explanations (see Annex XXI).
