Description of process
NGOs start the project implementation according to the project proposal immediately after signing the award agreement. The project period of the national grants must follow the guidelines requirements (see Annex II). Projects must start immediately and not later than three months after the signed award agreement. Otherwise they will be closed out abnormally.
The COGM starts monitoring the implementation of the project.
