Georg Gunsberg
Professional activities: Worked for GLOBAL 2000 from 1991-1995, primarily on issues related to ozone, climate change and atmosphere. Since 1995, as freelance project manager, he has coordinated different NGO-projects relating to international environmental policy, e.g. activities for Conferences of the Parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change or the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete the ozone layer.

Vassilis Dorovinis
Professional activities: Secretary General and legal advisor of "Elliniki Etairia." Has collaborated with other Greek NGOs in many campaigns for the protection of the environment and cultural heritage, and in particular was one of the lawyers who obtained the cancellation of the Acheloos Diversion from the Greek Council of State.
Studied law, political and economic sciences at the University of Athens (Diploma in Law). Followed post-graduate studies in law, political science and history (D.E.S. of Political Science) at the University of Paris I. Specialized in issues concerning city planning and the protection of the cultural heritage.
IRELAND
David L. Meehan
Professional activities: Solicitor and consultant specializing in law and policy on freedom of information and environmental protection. Lectures regularly and has published widely in legal journals in these fields, including articles on Ireland's Freedom of Information Act, 1997, and others on the implementation in Ireland of Directive 90/313. Currently producing a Master's thesis at University College Dublin on the actual use of freedom of information rights and procedures. Has previously worked at the Free University, Berlin, and in a prominent law firm in Brussels.

NORWAY
Nyonga Rugumayo Amundsen
Professional activities: Global Consultancy. Resident in Norway for several years. Holds university degrees in natural sciences and biotechnology, from the University of Trondheim (B.Sc.) and the University of Oslo (Cand. Scient.), respectively. At present, provides consultancy on issues related to health and environment, with particular emphasis on sustainable development and ecotourism in Africa. Currently associated with the Norwegian Forum for Environment and Development.

Professional activities: Director of the Legal Department of TERRA, Environmental Policy Centre since 1996. Has worked in the environmental field since 1989 for different NGOs and environmental organizations. Main areas of work dealing with implementation of environmental policy and legislation in Spain. Has participated as coordinator or national correspondent in different networks and projects regarding access to information and public participation, structural funds, EIA, energy, and penal regulation of environmental damages.
Publications: Several contributions to publications on the field of european environmental policy and issues related to Access to Information.
Jose Luis Diaz Cuadrado
Professional activities: Correspondent with TERRA, Environmental Policy Centre since 1998. Graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1989). Member of the Legal Commission of the Coordinating Committee of Environmental Defence Organizations (CODA) for more than five years, participating in different projects, programs and campaigns related to the conservation of natural sites and wildlife, resources and claims in relation with environmental issues. Consultancy and collaboration with public administrations and institutions in the development of environmental regulations and legislative initiatives.
Maribel Fdez Fdez-Villarjubin
Professional activities: Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM, 1997). Since 1998, correspondent with TERRA, Environmental Policy Centre, in projects and studies related with access to environmental information and public participation. Currently undertaking further studies in environmental law.
