The charts included herein are an illustration of the opportunities that exist for public participation in key decisionmaking processes. In the charts, public participation opportunities are measured in the administrative standing of individuals and NGOs, the administrative appeals process, the international decisionmaking process, and law preparation and approval, according to the level of participation permitted.
