ECENA is an informal network of environmental authorities from the pre-candidate, candidate and acceding countries.

Training workshop on LCP, Seveso II and E-PRTR in ECENA member countries - March 17-21, 2008, Bristol, UK
The training, which was focused on countries that are either candidates or potential candidates for EU membership, was aimed at increasing their capacities to implement the Large Combustion Plants and Seveso II directives. The training was also designed to help counties fulfil their obligations under the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR), which will succeed the European Pollutant Emissions Register (EPER).
