Welcome to the homepage of the project on promotion of sectoral integration of policy in South Eastern Europe. This site provides an overview of the project’s purpose, goals and activities.
Project activities were intended to facilitate the process of integrating urban transport and agricultural policies with environmental concerns. Stakeholders in sustainable agriculture or transport can thus be brought together to discuss available measures for sectoral integration of policy.

We would like to thank the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway for supporting this project, which was implemented from May 2003 to April 2005.
The project finished in April 2005 and was managed by Grazyna Krzywkowska. For more information please contact Environmental Policy Department or Wioletta Szymanska, a project manager at the REC.

A search facility enabling you to find electronic documents related to sustainable development, sustainable transport and sectoral integration in policy making and implementation in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) has been created and made available on this page. Among other things, you can find information on urban transport management, public transport organisation, financing, innovations, strategic environmental assessment and international projects dealing with environment and transport and health-policy integration.

This search facility has been made possible through support from the Royal Ministry of Environment, Norway. It is a part of completed project to promote public transport in CEE.
