Two side-events held at the COP 9, Milan, Italy The regional project “Capacity building for improving the quality of GHG inventories in Europe and CIS region” was presented at two side events during the Ninth Conference of Parties to the UNFCCC in Milan, Italy. Capacity Building for Improving the Quality of Greenhouse Gas Inventories Leaflet (799-KByte PDF file) The first side-event was held jointly with the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe with country presentation from Macedonia and Slovenia. The second side-event was held with other two regional UNDP-GEF pilot projects on adaptation in Central America and inventories in Central and Western Africa. We also had three country presentations from Albania, Macedonia and Slovenia.
