The Green Budget Reform Newsletter promotes the exchange of information on priority issues in environmental economics and policy in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The Newsletter is distributed electronically to public policy makers, environmental ministries and members of the NGO community and also can be found at www.rec.org/siei.
