The Green Budget Reform Newsletter promotes the exchange of information on priority issues in environmental economics and policy in Central and Eastern Europe.  We invite interested readers to contribute to the Green Budget Reform Newsletter. To submit relevant information, announcements, articles and opinions, please contact the editor at JFiedler@rec.org. The Newsletter is part of the Sofia Initiative on Economic Instruments (SIEI). The Newsletter is edited by Stefan Speck, SIEI Secretariat, at the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) and Charlotte Reboud, consultant to the SIEI Secretariat.
