| In 2004 four training courses
were organised as part of the project in Rome:
Being the main component of the Italian-funded
project, four study tours were implemented in 2003.
Study
tour participants included representatives of South Eastern European
electronic networks: one from each network in every group. Participant
selection (made by the networks themselves) was based on contribution
to network development. The study
tour programme (one-page PDF file) includes visits to those NGOs involved
with online communication and management.
The tours were organised by our Italian partner, L'Umana
Dimora.
