 The
Center for Electronic Communication (Qendra Per Komunikimin Elektronic,
QKE) is a newly established environmental NGO electronic network in Albania,
and headed by an NGO working group. At present, the following activities
are foreseen:
- Creation of network promotional materials: posters,
leaflets and logos
- Capacity-building (including);
- training for working group members (web design
and project administration)
- training for NGOs (altogether four basic computer
and Internet courses)
- two journalism training sessions.
- Publication of an electronic newspaper (containing
information on NGO activities, plans and ideas for joint activities).
- Financial coverage for NGOs to cover telecommunication
expenses.
- A
network website, hosted by the Albanian
Civil Society Foundation..
