| This section provides information on the status of approximation at national/entity level in the beneficiary countries. The section includes information both in English and national/local languages. The information is based on results of internet research and materials sent by the ELDSNO members. The materials displayed are just for information purposes and they do not represent the official position of REC. The materials include both legislation and relevant reports on the status of legislation, prepared in the framework of different assistance programmes. Given the specificity of the information, it is a challenging task to keep track of latest developments and therefore rely to a large extent on the feed-back of the countries and the general public.
