in South Eastern Europe within the Stabilisation and Association Process.

Specific Objectives
| Regional |
• To support regional cooperation on environmental
law and ensure a regional strategic approach to ongoing and upcoming
legal drafting;
• To facilitate the transfer of experience from new member states
to SEE countries;
• To boost the close coordination and cooperation with ongoing
environmental law technical-assistance projects in the region, and
to ensure dissemination of outputs; and
• To transfer output and experience from completed projects
among SEE countries.

• To assist the prioritisation of needs in
SEE countries/entities and the targeting of assistance for environmental
law drafting. and
• To provide targeted international legal expertise on particular
environmental law-drafting issues and increase environmental administrative
capacity in law drafting.
