| Feel-good fill-ups Filling stations in Croatia were required from June 1 to label the sulphur content of their petrol and diesel under a decree that aims to reduce sulphur levels to EU standards while promoting biofuel, according to the Environment Daily news service. The country hopes to join the EU in the next few years and Croatian Minister of Environment Marina Matulovic Dropulic said that some EUR 850 million would be invested in Croatia’s two oil refineries to produce sulphur-free fuel from 2010.
