Third Plenary Meeting of the Balkan Environmental Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement Network
The Balkan Environmental Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement Network (BERCEN) held its third plenary meeting in Brussels, Belgium on December 16-17, 2004. The BERCEN National Network Coordinators and Deputy Network Coordinators, the representative of the European Commission, and representatives of the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe took part in the event.
