BERCEN Training Programme on On-site Inspection for the Environmental Enforcement Agencies and Inspectorates The training programme on on-site inspection for the environmental enforcement agencies and inspectorates was organized on September 9-12, 2003 in Ohrid, FYR Macedonia in cooperation with the State Environmental Inspectorate of the FYR Macedonia. The training programme focused on the practical aspects related to an on-site inspection, however also an introducton to risk assessment was made. The programme was interactive, consisting of presentations, discussions, team assignments and on-site inspection. (See the agenda.) The participants of the training programme came from the environmental enforcement agencies and inspectorates in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYR Macedonia, Romania and Serbia and Montenegro.
