The current members of BERCEN are the following countries: Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina Croatia FYR Macedonia Montenegro Serbia Bulgaria and Romania are permanent observers of BERCEN.   Network Coordinators Each BERCEN member country has designated a network coordinator, who represents the country in BERCEN. The network coordinator is an official involved in implementation, compliance and enforcement of environmental legislation issues, and/or a decision-maker involved in the issues of compliance and enforcement of international environmental conventions. The network coordinator is given a full mandate to take decisions related to the objectives and activities of BERCEN.
