Statement:
By signing this Statement of Cooperation,
these NGOs agree to work together on a project proposal for the REC. If
selected, the REC plans to implement the project together. It is agreed that the named Project Leader is responsible
for presenting all of the materials to the REC. The Project leader
is also responsible for managing the finances and reporting of
the project.

Cooperation. If there are only two partners, the leader should

The partner should sign it, but if there are three partners,

Each partner should sign one copy. All Statements must be sent
