In order to participate in the First Phase of the Project
- Feasibility Studies, the NGOs are requested to prepare
a Venture Concept Paper describing their self-financing venture
idea. The Format for the Venture Concept Paper (Annex 1) and
the Venture Concept Paper Preparation Guidelines (Annex 2) are
attached at the end of this document. The Evaluation Committee
will then evaluate the Venture Concept Papers based on the Evaluation
Criteria (Annex 3) and select the best 16 NGO self-financing
venture ideas. The selected NGOs will be contacted within a two-week
period after the Evaluation Meeting. Following, on-site visits
and Winners Meeting will be organized with selected NGOs.
Participation in the Second Phase - Business Plan Development
is limited to the 16 NGOs selected to participate in the First
Phase of the Project only, furthermore, the admission to the
Second Phase of the Project will be based on the viability of
the NGO Feasibility Studies.
