The following document categories have been officially
agreed by the ad hoc Working Group of Senior Officials coordinating the
preparatory process.
Category I - Documents for possible action by the
ministers (subject to signature, endorsement, approval, adoption and/or
discussion) submitted through and endorsed by the Working Group of Senior
Officials.
Category II - Background documents (information
and analytical documents of direct relevance to the Kiev Agenda),
submitted through the Working Group of Senior Officials.
Category III - Other documents for distribution.
